Celebrating World Book Day

Every meal has its own story to tell, and for World Book Day, we brought that to life by transforming school dining halls into a world of imagination. Our themed menus turned favourite tales into delicious dishes, proving that food can be just as magical as the stories we love.

From magical feasts to adventurous bites, our dishes were inspired by well-known stories and characters, sparking creativity both on the plate and in young minds.

Pupils tucked into Bruce Bogtrotter’s iconic chocolate cake (inspired by Charlie and the Chocolate Factory), enjoyed the vibrant Hungry Caterpillar fruit salad and savoured sweet slices of James and the Giant Peach. Every bite was designed to transport them into the heart of their favourite books.

It was a day when food and stories came together to celebrate the magic of reading and the joy of storytelling.

At AiP, we’re passionate about nourishing both minds and bodies with menus that make healthy eating fun and easy—because great food should be an adventure in itself.
